COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Us Motors HD40P2E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vipa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wachendorff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Valvcon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vipa such as the 62PNHC0DH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OPUS manufactured by Wachendorff and we are pleased to be able to service most Wachendorff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Q2519 by Manufacturer Valvcon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vexta Brand PK564AWN36 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vacon such as 20X4537XBIL equipment made by Vacon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vacon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vacon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TM160B30 made by Van-Der-Graaf as well as the popular 60SAFR0901706ANV original spares produced by Vacon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C15N10FD1860 by Vision-Tools and 20X4537XBIL spares by Vacon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NXS00346A2L0SSSA9A2000000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vacon. |
